The hardware resources of the core board include 32MB SDRAM, 32MB NOR Flash, 256B EEPROM. The PCB adopts 6 layers of black immersion gold design, the overall size is 38*38mm, with a total of 116 pins. The pin spacing is 1.0mm. Except for the SEMC bus, the other 10 chips are all led out.
